Mark your calendar now for Thursday, April 2, and plan to attend the Maundy Thursday service in the sanctuary at 7 PM. It’s our custom here at First Pres to gather for a simple supper before the service at 5:30 in the Fellowship Hall. This is one of the most meaningful services of the church year, as we read the Passion Narrative together and follow Jesus from his celebration of the Passover meal with his disciples in the Upper Room all the way to the cross. And, of course, we hope you will plan to spend Easter Sunday with us here for a joyful celebration of the Resurrection with brass music, a special coffee hour, and an Easter Egg hunt for the children.
