Seniors are close to our heart!
Half of our members are over the age of 75, so our worship services and activities are senior friendly. From supporting t-coil audio during Sunday Service to handicap accessible facilities, we try to ensure those later in life stay an active and vibrant part of our community.
We have several senior-focused small groups and activities each week.

Films for Seniors in Isolation
Fourth Presbyterian Church in Chicago has developed and shared with us four short films on the topics of isolation, connection, and aging well. Each film is about 5-7 minutes long and features spiritual reflections and practical advice from ministers and congregants in their 70s and 80s. All films are available on YouTube for free. Clicking this link will take you to the Inspiring Senior Voices on Aging channel on YouTube.
Additionally we have a close relationship with nearby senior residences in downtown Concord including the Plaza Towers and Heritage. The Heritage is a low income option for seniors planned and built with the church's input and help in the 1970s.
